A rate checker on every payer, state and platform page: type what you were offered and it tells you where that sits among the reports, with the middle-half range and the Medicare figure for your licence level.
A new comparison page for the question that never gets settled — whether a platform pays more than your own contract. It depends on the payer: Headway reports run above direct-contract reports for Aetna and Optum/UHC, and below them for BCBS and Cigna.
The "% of Medicare" figure now uses the schedule that applies to your licence. Master's-level clinicians are paid 75% of the Medicare amount, and the old figure compared everyone against the psychologist rate, which made commercial rates look about a quarter worse than they are.

Payer-by-code pages for the codes that aren't a 90837: what Aetna, BCBS, Cigna and Optum/UHC each pay for a 90834 and a 90791, measured against that same payer's own 60-minute rate. The 45-minute code runs $19 to $42 below the 60-minute code at all four. The intake runs above it at three of the four — Aetna $125 against $122, Cigna $106 against $95, Optum/UHC $127 against $116 — and below it at BCBS, $119 against $125.

Coverage gaps

Fewer than three reports cover BCBS outside Texas, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Iowa, Virginia, Maryland, Illinois, Oregon, Wisconsin, Arizona, Louisiana, Georgia, California, Florida, Oklahoma, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Washington, and New York.
