One rate takes about 60 seconds. No name, no NPI, no login. Your submission is reviewed for spam and added to the public table, usually within a week. Every report widens the picture for the next clinician deciding whether a contract is worth signing.

The code list covers psychotherapy, prescriber visits with and without a psychotherapy add-on, and psychological testing, so psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychologists can report the codes they bill. Rates are grouped by license level as well as payer and state.
