What Alma pays therapists

Alma combines a membership subscription with insurance billing. Its membership policy lists standard dues of $125 per month or $1,140 per year, plus tax; promotional offers and renewal terms may differ. Spring Health announced the acquisition agreement on January 29, 2026 and completed it May 1. The clinician payout does not by itself establish Alma’s retained share.
