Alma therapist rates
Alma charges a membership fee (therapists report $125-150 per month) on top of its share of each session, and pays rates that community reports place between $97 and $145 for a 90837 depending on state (October 2025). Cigna Ventures and Optum Ventures invested in Alma before Spring Health acquired it in January 2026. Alma's rates were repeatedly cited as the best among the platforms, which is why the July 2026 Aetna cut landed hard.
Reported rates: median $120.50, range $95–$130 (9 reports, all CPTs pooled — filter by CPT)
